Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Agentas uses cookies and similar technologies on https://agentas.dev. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. They let a site remember information between pages or visits.
2. The cookies we use
This website does not use cookies to log you in, and it has no user accounts.
Essential. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under agentas-cookie-consent, so we do not ask again on every visit. It stays until you clear it or change your choice.
Advertising measurement, only with your consent. The cookies below come from the Google Ads tag, which we use to measure whether people who see our advertising go on to contact us. The tag does not load, and none of the cookies or stored data below are set, unless you click “Accept all”. We do not use them to build profiles of you, and we do not sell the information.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads (set on agentas.dev) | Links a visit to this site with a later enquiry, so we can tell whether our ads work. | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google Ads (set on agentas.dev) | Set only when you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads. Records which ad click brought you here. | 90 days |
| _gcl_ls | Google Ads (browser local storage on agentas.dev) | Stores the same ad-measurement information as the cookies above, in your browser's local storage. | Until cleared |
| test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | Checks whether your browser accepts cookies. | 15 minutes |
Once you accept and the Google tag loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may also use its own cookies under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
3. Managing your choice
- On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. “Essential only” keeps the Google Ads tag switched off. “Accept all” allows it.
- You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the Google Ads cookies and stored data this site set on agentas.dev, and stops the tag from loading. Google's own test cookie (test_cookie) expires on its own after 15 minutes.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage in their settings. Blocking these cookies does not stop the website from working.
- You can control how Google personalises ads for you at https://myadcenter.google.com.
- Browser extensions and privacy settings that block trackers will also prevent the Google tag from loading.
4. Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
